Our history
The production factory “Vostochnaya Skazka” provides a huge selection of products, including classic and recognizable to Russians oriental sweets: lukum, churchkhela, halva, etc., as well as unique developments of the factory’s technologists that satisfy the most sophisticated requests.
Initially, the company was engaged in the import of oriental sweets and sold them to wholesale buyers and in its own SUNDUK FUNDUK chain of stores. It was decided to create our own production, and in 2012 we launched our own production. The invited confectioners from Turkey trained the staff of the factory, monitored compliance with the recipes and returned many times to monitor the work and improve the company’s assortment.
During this time, another UMA LUKUMA brand was created, in this regard, the range has expanded. New types of delicacies loved by our customers are constantly being developed, new ones are being tested in search of interesting solutions for classic recipes, relentlessly following oriental traditions. Due to the observance of traditions and the use of the latest technologies, the client enjoys fresh high quality delicacies.
The uniqueness of our production lies in the original recipe, our approach, but at the same time, the willingness to fulfill the requests of individuals, to try something completely new with customers. The company takes care of both the taste and presentation and appearance of our sweets. For high-quality transportation, various types of packaging are used, allowing both to deliver the goods to the customer and to preserve its taste and extend the shelf life. Due to their attractive packaging, products are often purchased as gifts and souvenirs for friends and family.
Since its inception, the factory has adhered to the Halal certification quality standards. In the fall of 2020, all the products of the factory successfully passed certification, which confirms that the sweets of the company do not contain components prohibited for Muslims and comply with all Islamic canons.
At the moment we are cooperating with wholesale companies and foreign markets. Our clients are located in all parts of Russia, from Murmansk to Sakhalin. Goods are sent to remote points of the country and the world at the discretion of the customer. We ship our sweets to neighboring countries and plan to enter the Chinese and European markets.
